cbf514a738 PreferenceDialogs now preserve the sort order of their showCategories. 
Specifically, this was to fix the issue with the Neuron plugin preferences being
the top section in the General Preferences dialog, now it is the last.

ace8639f5b Bug fixes in oculus_touch default mapping 
* Made sticks less sensitive. Raised deadSpot min from 0.05 to 0.3.
* Fixed problem were grip and trigger was mapped to Standard triggers. This was causing all sorts of problems

* mapped grip to standard grip. So now you can use the grip button to drop equipped objects.
* increased deadZone on grip to make inadvertent drops less likely to happen.

203ff95849 Animation tuning to reduce foot sliding. 
* Navigation walk speed has been reduced
* Tuned IdleToWalk timescale and interp time to reduce foot sliding
* Tuned fwd, back and lateral characteristicSpeeds to better match the
  animations.  This reduces foot sliding when moving forward and backward.
* Reduced rig state machine hysteresis to 1/60th of a second.
