2fa16719cf AvatarData: Fix avatarDataByteArray max size computation 
The previous size calculation did not take the presence of the hand controller section into account.
This could sometimes result in a buffer overrun of the network buffer as identified in a debug build.

654b5775e1 Crash fix for ResourceCache::getResource() 
A wrong 'read' locker is used around a critical section that actually modifies the _resources QHash.
This can result in memory corruption and seg faults.

e12ed1c5d6 high_resolution_clock behaves differently on windows and linux 
on linux, time_since_epoch returns time since linux epoch,
on windows, it returns time since system start.
Math between those values on two different types of machines
was coming out bad.

98fe059d97 Fix blender::run crash 
Pass a shared_ptr of the HFMModel to the Blender.  This will prevent the HFMModel
from being destroyed on the main thread if an Avatar changes their skeletonModelURL.

Also the _blendshapeOffset hash in Model has been eliminated, it was not necessary and
was also a source of data races.

The body of Blender::run has been updated slightly to reduce the number of allocation necessary for temporary QVectors.
