- New entity type: camera, with just the basic properties of an entity (position, rotation, name etc.).
- New CameraMode: CameraEntity
- Example script using the new cameraEntity
- Updated edit.js to use the CameraEntities (with button to preview the camera)

Threshold based walking while in HMD.
...
This is a blend of the previous 'sitting' and 'standing' HMD modes.
Basically, when you move your head within a small range (20cm) your
avatar will lean appropriately, however when you cross that threshold
your body will move underneath you, re-centering your head above the body.
While this occurs the avatar should play the appropriate walking animations.

* Debug Draw Bind Pose - used to display the current avatar's bind pose
* Debug Draw Animation - used to display the current avatar's AnimGraph animation.
Currently does not work with old animation so it's only valid when Enable Anim Graph is true.
* Draw Mesh - used to hide or display the avatar mesh.

Enable Rig Animations is now a developer menu item (rather than requiring javascript to set). Also turning it off resets you to bind pose and deliberately throws away old animations.
...
Default animations are the new ones for our standard T-pose. (Had been for the double-A pose fightbot.)
Rig state machine now does "backup", and doesn't apply strafe while turning.

For now without a merge conflict.
Updated the menu name.
Still have to look at the fast zooming and yaw on windows, probably have to add a var to prevent the button changes to be pushed to fast. Not sure why the yaw thing does not always work, could be that the position is also send at the same time and the input mapper does not not process all those synchronical. Probably will have to do something with masking the postion when the rotation is set for yaw.
