8bb6bb7c6f generalized keyboard focus interface 
Removed dynamic casts to RenderableWebEntityItem, instead
virtual methods were added to EntityItem to facilitate this.

* bool wantsKeyboardFocus()
* void setProxyWindow()
* QObject* getEventHandler()
