ace8639f5b Bug fixes in oculus_touch default mapping 
* Made sticks less sensitive. Raised deadSpot min from 0.05 to 0.3.
* Fixed problem were grip and trigger was mapped to Standard triggers. This was causing all sorts of problems
  with the handControllerGrab script.  Including double lasers and a stuck right hand laser.
* mapped grip to standard grip. So now you can use the grip button to drop equipped objects.
* increased deadZone on grip to make inadvertent drops less likely to happen.

* Navigation walk speed has been reduced
* Tuned IdleToWalk timescale and interp time to reduce foot sliding
* Tuned fwd, back and lateral characteristicSpeeds to better match the
  animations.  This reduces foot sliding when moving forward and backward.
* Reduced rig state machine hysteresis to 1/60th of a second.

b2dff8aa77 Easier to click buttons on web entities with shaky hand controllers 
There is an angular and time dead spot on webEntity for scrolling vs clicking.
Currently, it's 150 ms and 3 degrees.  See POINTER_PRESS_TO_MOVE_DELAY and POINTER_PRESS_TO_MOVE_DEADSPOT_ANGLE

4da2cb685c Set full url path to where the picture was taken. 
Expand width of scroll, but leave a margin at both ends.
Include an image at the end to indicate that the scroll is swipable.
Adjust ighlight color and border size.
