2f949a4d4d Disable head ik while reacting 
Also, split getReactions() API into two calls

* getTriggerReactions() - lists all reactions that can be triggered with MyAvatar.triggerReaction().
* getBeginReactions() - lists all reactions that can be used with MyAvatar.beginReaction() and MyAvatar.endReaction().
