Require OpenSSL 1.1.0 at the very least
...
Earlier versions don't work with WebRTC, and cause linking errors.
OpenSSL 1.1 is supported in Ubuntu 18.04, although 1.0 can still be
installed.

Implement thread debugging with tsan
...
This is enabled with the VIRCADIA_THREAD_DEBUGGING environment variable.
It's incompatible with VIRCADIA_MEMORY_DEBUGGING, so only one of those
can be enabled for a build.
